Our Mission
The Normandy Park Riviera Section Community Club serves our community by ensuring that household construction projects follow the Covenants of the Riviera Section.
Since the Covenants were established in 1929, approval primarily verify adherence to setbacks from property lines, as the maintenance of these green spaces and consideration of height affects are an integral part of the beauty and value of all properties in the Riviera Section.
Check your deed or tax statement to see if Lot (x), Block (y) of the Riviera Section of Normandy Park is included in your lot's description. If so, your property is subject to the Covenants. All construction within the Riviera Section must be approved by both the NPRSCC and the City of Normandy Park.
